At PathWayToStem, our mission is to ignite curiosity and empower youth from diverse backgrounds by making STEM education accessible, engaging, and fun. Through hands-on camps, workshops, and mentoring programs, we strive to build critical thinkers, creative problem-solvers and confident leaders who will shape the future of science and technology.
We are committed to serving underserved and underrepresented communities, providing tools, resources, and support that level the playing field and open doors to academic and career opportunities in STEM fields.
We envision a world where every young person, regardless of circumstance, has the knowledge and confidence to pursue a future in science, technology, engineering or mathematics. Our long-term goal is to become a leading national and international hub for STEM outreach, recognized for sustainable programs, strong collaborations with schools and communities, and for inspiring a new generation of innovators who are ready to tackle global challenges.
By 2030, we aim to expand our chapters across multiple countries, train thousands of volunteer mentors, and impact tens of thousands of students with lasting educational transformation.
